    Following initial conversations and/or meetings, we will invest our time and leverage our relationships to produce a scheme we believe will attain planning permission. Once this scheme is appraised, we will then structure a deal offer for your review. Should you choose not to proceed, rest assured there will be no obligations or financial commitments on your part.

  • How do you usually structure a deal?

    Typically, we engage in Option or Promotional Agreements with our vendors. However, depending on the specifics of the deal, we might opt to purchase the site unconditionally.

  • What costs will Stratstone cover?

    Usually, within an Option or Promotional Agreement, we cover all relevant expenses, including Local Authority costs, Architects fees, Planning Consultant fees, and fees for Specialist Surveys & Reports, to secure the necessary planning permission.
